THIS JOB WILL BEGIN AUGUST 2026 WITH A WEEK OR TWO TRAINING IN APRIL

The department of Filmmaking, Art, and Design is looking for a dependable, friendly student to support the Filmmaking, Art, and Design Office. This position helps create a welcoming, supportive environment for students, faculty, and visitors, while also keeping things organized behind the scenes—especially with art model scheduling.

What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome and assist students, faculty, and visitors
  • Answer questions in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Data entry and updating of calendars, budget, and records
  • Coordinate art model sessions (scheduling, confirming, and communicating details)
  • Manage the model scheduling system and resolve conflicts as they arise
  • Support general office needs ( i.e. inventorying supplies, model laundry, light cleaning, etc.)
  • And other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Skills We're Looking For:

  • Friendly, reliable, and easy to work with
  • Organized and able to keep track of details
  • Good communicator (in person, email, etc.)
  • Comfortable juggling a few tasks at once
  • Willing to help where needed, adapt as needed, and learn on the job
  • Comfortable using basic computer programs, such as Google Workspace
  • Able to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
  • Available to work consistent blocks of time
  • In good academic and conduct standing with the university
